What are the check-in and check-out times?
Check-in is available from 2pm on the day of arrival and check-out is by 10am on the day of departure.
If you do require early check-in or late check-out, please contact the hotel directly for availability.
Do you have parking?
The Hotel offers discounted parking for our guests at two handy locations:
Divvy Galleria – 131 Elizabeth Street
Approximately 1-2 minute walk to/from the hotels
Divvy Galleria is the closest option and is located via down ramp at 131 Elizabeth Street (intersection of Little Collins Street); Access is easiest travelling north bound on Elizabeth Street.
Divvy is a ticketless operation; To receive the discounted rate at Divvy Galleria, guests will need to download the Divvy App, create an account, and book their parking prior to (or at the latest) on the day the parking will commence from. If parking is not booked via the app, casual rates as listed at the complex are applicable.
By reserving parking with the Divvy App, our guests will have the flexibility to make multiple entries and exits at the complex on the ‘HOTELCH’ discounted rate and 24 hours access is available for bookings made via the App.

$25 – For the first 24 hours & $12.50 for every subsequent 24-hour period.
• Wilson 180 Russell Street operates 24/7 and costs AUD$16.00 per 24 hours, with a Follow-on Ticket provided at the Hotel's Reception.

Please ensure you collect a paper entry ticket at the entrance gate; this ticket will be used together at the pay-station with a follow-on ticket to receive the discounted rate. Please request your follow-on ticket from the hotel Reception.
Listed prices are payable on each exit.
Weekday Price: $16.00 per 24-hour period
Weekend Price: $10.00 per 24-hour period (Entry after 5:00pm Friday and Exit on Sunday)
How do I get to the hotel from the airport?
Taxis are the quickest way to travel from the Airport to our location. A taxi should take between 30 to 40 minutes and cost approximately $75.00, depending on the time of day, and the traffic.
Sky Bus facilitates an excellent transfer service between Melbourne Airport and Southern Cross Station in Melbourne's CBD, operating between 04.30am and midnight, seven days per week. Services depart from outside the arrivals terminal every fifteen minutes, with travel time to the Southern Cross Station 20-30 minutes. The shuttle costs approximately $20.00 one way or $35 return, per passenger. Tickets can be booked online (www.skybus.com.au) or in person at the airport.
Do you have Wi-Fi?
Yes, complimentary Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and public spaces at all our hotels.
What is a pre-authorisation?
A pre-authorisation is a validation of a credit card, which protects both the merchant and cardholder from increasingly common fraud incidents. When a pre-authorisation is made, funds from your account are held by the credit card company for a period of 3-5 working days. A pre-authorisation will affect your available funds and/or spending limit. We run a pre-authorisation when you check in, valued at the amount of $100 to ensure incidental costs such as mini bar, etc. are covered.
What happens if I want to cancel my booking?
For direct bookings (made on our website, via email or over the phone with us), Changes and cancellations are permitted up until 16:00 (4:00 pm) local time on day of arrival. If you cancel after 16:00 (4:00 pm) local time on day of arrival, the first nights' accommodation will be charged. No shows will also be charged the first nights’ accommodation.
