Deluxe King room was lovely. Stayed for a week and didn't feel cramped. Added bonus of Fox and Chromecast made passing the time at night a breeze.
Housekeeping made our stay super comfortable, keeping our room neat and tidy with daily service. They were extremely friendly and helped whenever I needed anything.
Staff were all very friendly and always had time for us despite how crazily busy they were the whole week.
Will definitely return for future city stays.

Very clean and tidy and modern. The service was fantastic and polite. Even the lady that cleans the room was super friendly. It's close to the centre of the city with a lot of cafes very close by.

Had a great experience at Causway 353. The room was spacious and quiet, staff were polite and helpful. The location is great for trams wherever you want to go, and there's plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

The hotel is in a great location. It offers good value, great service (special thanks to Anita on reception) and the room had a nice deep bathtub enjoy!

Great location hidden away in a laneway with numerous food options nearby. Our room was not huge but lovely and clean, (though it did smell a little musty each time we entered - as though the carpets had been cleaned but hadn't dried thoroughly). Staff were friendly and helpful. The room had an excellent shower, and great window curtains that enabled the room to be made really dark. Given the proximity to the city, it was surprisingly quiet too. Very easy to get to everywhere from here. We walked to the MCG for the Billy Joel concert and walked back, and it was an easy walk of less than 2kms.

The hotel is in a primo location for everything Melbourne CBD. The staff went over and above to help when I had to cut my stay short and head back interstate.

Good location, close to everything we were doing and no road noise to room. Staff were friendly, able to get late check out at no extra cost. Room was comfortable and clean. I was able to connect my phone to chrome cast on tv to watch my Netflix.

A great place to stay as it's so handy for everything. This was our second stay here. The beds are extremely comfortable. Particularly liked the safety handle/rail in the shower - great for older folk

Great little hidden gem, just around the corner from Flinders St Station and the supermarkets.
Staff were wonderful and very helpful. Would happily stay here again on my next trip to Melbourne.

The staff were accommodating, patient, very friendly and understanding. The location is right in between hidden gem cafes and restaurants so it was convenient to grab a quick bite downstairs before heading to the hotel. The cleanliness, the service, price and location exceeded my expectations- I’ll definitely be staying here again. It’s also really close to transportation of the free trams (it’s at the heart of Melbourne cbd! Walking distance to everything. The kind service of the staff really made a difference on the amazing experience we had in Melbourne for our holiday… can’t wait to come back.

Loved staying here. Staff where very friendly, rooms and service was impeccable. As someone that works in a hotel, it's always good when I stay away and the service and quality is as good as I would give and expect myself. Definitely recommend for anyone wanting to stay in Melbourne's CBD.

My Lady and I just spent four days at The Causeway 353 Hotel and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Staff are marvellous and very helpful. Very handy location amidst cafes, restaurants, and retail outlets. When we left and were about to board our flight back home, I realised that my watch ( which holds a lot of sentimentality) was missing. We rang the hotel and they did a search of our room and located the watch within minutes . They even went to the trouble of posting it to me in Perth . A BIG Thank You for the trouble the staff went to.
